Very pleasant lunchtime walk.

Some days it is incredibly difficult to find three. Sometimes it is very difficult to think the positive and put a full stop in the sentence, rather than adding a “however”. Howevers really don’t work. it’s easy to find howevers. But don’t. Takes you straight back to the darkness. Don’t. Ideally write them down if you go solo so you can refer back when life gets that little too much or swap verbally with a friend or family member, so long as you see them every day (at similar times if you can).
